As someone who spent years caught up in the cycle of high achievement, Noelle knows firsthand what it’s like to struggle with burnout, difficulty relaxing, and slow recovery from both mental and physical stress. In search of real relief, she began exploring simple, supportive practices that helped her reconnect with her well-being.
Noelle is certified in Sound Meditation and holds a Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology. She now shares sound-based meditative experiences to support others in easing anxiety, finding balance, and recovering more fully, both in body and mind.
